Check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 11am.
Room holding does not mean that the room is confirmed. The hotel should receive the advance amount within 3 days of room holding intimation or till one day before the date of check-in, whichever is earlier. If no advance amount is received within this period, the hotel reserves the right to release the rooms without prior information.
If the hotel is not informed after the payment has been transferred to its account, it does not automatically mean that the room is confirmed unless the hotel confirms receipt of the funds and sends a confirmation voucher back to the client.
All bills to be settled before check out by cash or credit/debit card.
FIT Cancellation Policy:
If Cancellation is done 7 days before check-in we will refund 82% of the amount (2% adjusted for transfer charges).
If cancellation is done 2 days before check-in we will refund 40% of the amount (2% adjusted for transfer charges).
If cancellation is done less than 3 days in advance, then we charge 100% of the amount.
Group Cancellation Policy (*Applicable for 20-24 rooms):
If Cancellation is done 60 days before check-in we will refund 98% of the amount (2% adjusted for transfer charges).
If cancellation is done 30 days before check-in we will refund 40% of the amount (2% adjusted for transfer charges).
If cancellation is done less than 30 days in advance, then we charge 100% of the amount.
No Show Policy:
In case the guest holds a booking but doesn’t arrive on the arrival date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the hotel will charge the entire amount from the guest.
